The optimized layout of the production line has greatly improved the product capacity

Our company produces large marine engine rocker arm assemblies for a code-named military enterprise. Limited by the original workshop production line layout, its daily production capacity was only 200 sets/day. Later, due to the increase in the installed capacity of the military enterprise, the original daily production capacity could not meet the production requirements. Our company immediately set up a special team to re-optimize the layout of the company's internal production line, and introduced new production equipment, which increased the daily production capacity of the product by 3 times to 600 sets/day, meeting the company's order needs and strongly supporting the construction of national defense.
